To attract the best tenants, we market your property on four key real estate websites, as well as the Cayzer website. We also post a Rentals flyer in our windows. Plus, we put up a ‘For Lease' board outside your property (subject to owner's corporation approval). And we contact executive relocation agents weekly to source executive tenants.
We do an annual Rent Review
It's only natural that you'll want to get the most out of your investment, so we provide fast and accurate advice on pricing your property in the market. And, to make sure you don't miss out on any potential increase in your rental income, we conduct an annual rent review. Three months before the lease expires, your Property Manager will make a recommendation for the next twelve months' rent.
All our accounting processes are transparent
An important part of our service is looking after the financial side of things for you. Firstly, we make sure we collect the rent on time and pay you promptly via electronic banking. We also pay the bills (such as council/water rates and body corporate fees) if you’ve asked us to. Plus, we provide you with monthly and End of Financial Year statements.
We fix maintenance problems swiftly
If there's an emergency that could endanger life or cause extensive damage, you can rest assured, we'll act immediately. To help us get the job done, we have an unrivalled list of tradespeople in the area, and we trust them implicitly.
You can rely on our reports & inspections
We undertake a thorough inspection of your property at the start of the tenancy to produce a highly detailed Condition Report. We also inspect your property after six months to make sure it's being well maintained. And, if your Property Manager has any concerns, we'll schedule a follow-up inspection.
