Brand new luxury townhouses are to be built at 81 Bridge Street Port Melbourne – and the site has now been cleared.
Originally the land was the site of a three-bedroom 1920’s Art Deco style home, which was somewhat unusual in a street full of Victorian buildings.
However, a fire in November of 2014 destroyed the building completely and the site was sold.
Now 81 Bridge Street will have a new lease of life, with the upcoming development of ultra-contemporary residences.
The impressive cutting edge design will certainly enliven the streetscape, and the interiors feature three levels of living plus a rooftop terrace with spectacular city views!
