We've done it again. This weekend saw Cayzer sell the highest priced property in our area - for the second time in a month. 343 Montague Street Albert Park, located in a long row of similarly beautiful terraces, and a thirty-second walk to the heart of the village, sold for $3,290,000 on the weekend (Saturday 11th May). In a time of low stock and slow buyer engagement due to the upcoming election, this really speaks to the importance of having a vastly experienced, tightly-knit team to manage a campaign.
