Our market share of listings and sales were the highest in Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Albert Park, Middle Park and St Kilda West, and our average days on market were 44 compared to the average of 51. This really speaks to the wealth of experience in our team to weather the storms. Markets peak and dip, but we hold steady! And our figures show clients appreciate experts who aren’t easily knocked off course. Despite the media doom and gloom, buyers and sellers in our area continued to have confidence in the market and, we are proud to say, in us.
