Yes you can!

As per the government directives, our offices at Albert Park and Port Melbourne will be unattended.

While attendance at properties is not allowed either for inspections or appraisals, that doesn’t mean things have to come to a halt. Our team continue to work hard remotely, and we are available via mobile and email.

Using technology such as virtual tours, online auctions, and digital contracts mean clients can still have their property appraised, and even buy or sell. If you previously inspected a property and are interested in purchasing, please contact the listing agent to discuss your options.

VIRTUAL APPRAISALS

Thinking of selling? Take the opportunity now to plan so that when the time is right, you will be ready to put your property on the market. Our agents can easily arrange a “virtual walkthrough” appraisal. Contact our sales team here https://www.cayzer.com.au/about/our-team

We can also advise you on the listing process and how to prepare you home best so that when restrictions lift, you are well placed to offer your home for sale

SETTLEMENTS

If you are settling your property during this period of restriction, please be advised that the Victorian Government has made exemptions to allow the usual settlement procedure, such as on-site final inspections, removalists and keys, etc, as long as masks and social distancing rules are abided by. Your agent is only too happy to speak to regarding this process.
