Then make sure you do the following:
- •Fix those squeaky doors, dripping taps, peeling paint, loose doorknobs, stained carpets, or cracked glass windows
- •Create a feeling of space by clearing out any unnecessary furniture or belongings
- •Remove unpleasant odours from pets, cigarettes or strong food
- •Ensure your baths, showers and sinks are immaculate, and your towels match
- •Add soft music, lights, fresh flowers, heating (in winter) or cooling (in summer) water features, tidy cupboards, and clean windows
